By using medicalbillingcertify.com (the "Service"), operated by Elevate Revenue Group (ERG), you agree to these terms.
Medical Billing Certify provides free, self-paced medical billing and coding education and certificates of completion. The Service is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign in is provided via Google. Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.
Course content is for educational purposes. Completing a diploma or certificate does not guarantee employment, income, or any specific outcome. We strive for accuracy but coding rules and payer policies change; always verify against current official sources before professional use.
Certificates verify completion of our program only. They are issued by ERG and are not a government or third-party credential. Learners have six months from the date they start the diploma to complete all required modules and assessments. If that deadline passes before completion, the learner must re-enroll and restart from Module 1.
Eligible graduates may email hr@ergmd.com with their certificate ID to request an electronic certificate or a printed copy. Printed copies may be mailed to an address supplied by the graduate at the time of the request. ERG will confirm any delivery availability, timing, or shipping requirements before dispatch.
Never upload or share real patient health information (PHI) on the Service. Sample documents provided are for training only and contain no real patient data.
Job postings must be genuine, lawful roles related to medical billing, medical coding, healthcare administration, credentialing, or revenue-cycle work. Employers must provide accurate information, must be authorized to recruit for the role, and must never charge applicants a fee. We may approve, reject, or remove listings at our discretion.
Medical Billing Certify provides the job board but is not the employer, recruiter, or employment agency for third-party listings. We do not guarantee a job, candidate, interview, employer identity, compensation, or outcome. Candidates should independently verify employers before sharing additional information or accepting work.
Course content, text, and materials are owned by Elevate Revenue Group and provided for your personal learning. Do not redistribute or resell without permission.
We may modify or discontinue the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
